Ingredients:
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1 can mexicorn
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated mexican mix cheese
Directions:
- Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce and line in a casserole dish.
- Pour rest of sauce on tortillas.
- Then add cooked hamburger evenly on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over hamburger.
- Spread corn over the cheese.
- Mix the 2 soups.
- Then pour evenly over the top of the corn.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
- Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
