I am thankful for the holidays! I love them. I love even the things that people complain about. I am thankful for being busy, the busier I am the more people I love and that love me. I am thankful for all the money I have to spend on the holidays, this means that I have it to spend and I am blessed to be a blessing. I am thankful for crazy family who, when is all said and done, are the only people you want to spend Christmas with.
I am thankful for the holidays because, for about one month out of the year, everyone is a little bit sweeter, a little bit more understanding, and a little bit more loving to others. I am thankful for the health and life that have blessed our family once again this year.
Today take a moment to remember all your blessings, and then say a prayer for those who grieve because of family and loved ones that will not be with them this Christmas.
I am so blessed to be known as the white girl who dances like a black girl in my office. I have a WHOLE lot more fun at the annual Christmas parties. I wish I had done it sooner. Yesterday was a BLAST. In the words of the infamous Usher Everybody say, “yea-uh”.
I’m blessed that God changes us and has continuously changed me. 🙂
